With our Fairness-Package we can offer our customers even more personal security and individual scope. We help every customer find a way to be able to repay his easyCredit - even in unforeseen circumstances. We deal with repayment problems with fairness and cooperation, and dispense with legal proceedings.* With easyCredit our customers stay flexible: with easyCredit’s 1 month cooling-off period you have more than double the time required by legislation.

From norisbank AG to TeamBank AG: as of January 2007 we have continued on our path as an innovative and partner-friendly bank under the new trademark TeamBank. With easyCredit, we have become one of the most successful consumer credit banks in Germany. We provide easyCredit to German cooperative banks and also sell consumer loans in own branches, the so called “easyCredit-Shops”. easyCredit has positioned itself with the “fairness-package” as Germany’s fairest consumer loan. The German TÜV organisation certified easyCredit’s fairness by awarding it the TÜV-signet for proofed fairness attributes. By entering Austrian market in May 2008 it has now started to pursue this path into Europe.
